We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on damaged products or products with a manufacturer's defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not typically allow exchanges. We do however want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so please contact us if we can help!
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of you placing the order using USPS or UPS depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 3-5 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship out, as each candle is hand poured to order.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Please contact us at email@example.com for further instructions.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
