DIY Candle Pouring FAQ's
Are reservations required to pour candles?
At this time, we do require reservations to come in and pour candles with us. Reservations can be made on our website, or by calling our shop directly at 931-414-4056.
Can children participate in candle pouring?
We welcome all ages to participate. All participants are required to sign a waiver of release, so a parent/guardian will need to be present to sign for anyone under the age of 18.
How does pricing work?
All prices listed for each candle size is per person. The listed price for the size you choose will include your seat and all of the supplies needed to pour your own candle. For a group reservation, please select the Group Deposit option to reserve your time.
How will my session work?
An experienced instructor will be readily available to guide, assist and bring you supplies as needed.
Can you help me host a special event or party?
Absolutely! We would love to help you, and we can cater the pouring sizes/cost per person for your specific need. Please contact us, so we can coordinate the details.
Can I bring drinks or food to my session?
Absolutely! We welcome and encourage food & drinks to your session and can help you with setup, if you let us know ahead of time. Wine, Beer, and Seltzers are also welcome to any parties with guests aged 21 and over. We do not have a public restroom, so please keep that in mind.
How long will my session take?
If you are simply coming in to pour candles, you can expect to spend 30-45 minutes with us. If you are planning to celebrate a special occasion, you are welcome to spend up to two hours with us, but please contact us first!
Will my session be private?
Yes! We only book one session at a time, so you and the attendees of your group will be the only participants of your session. Our shop will be closed to customers and you will get 1 on 1 time with your instructor.
Will I be able to take my candles home with my after my session?
Your candles will need time to dry properly before being moved around. We highly recommend you to pick your candles up the next business day we are open, or within 30 days. We can also ship your candle for a fee of $8.50. Soy candles do require a cure time. We suggest waiting 7-14 days before burning your new candle.
Can you coordinate snacks/food for my session?
Sure! We would love to help you with this. We have several wonderful locally owned restaurants and a bakery near us. Please call us, so we can help with this at 931-414-4056.
How many participants are required for a session?
We require at least 2 participants per session, and a maximum of 11. If your party is larger than 11, please call us to see if we can arrange space for you.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
We understand that life happens! As long as you call us to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your session, we will refund or move your payment to the rescheduled date. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your session or no shows are subject to forfeiture of fees paid.
